What Cortox is

Cortox is an AI-powered CRM (customer relationship management) tool. It brings a business's customers, products, proposals, tasks and reports into one workspace, with a chat-based AI assistant that can read that data and act on it directly: creating a customer, drafting a proposal, updating a task or summarizing activity into a report.

Customers, products, proposals and tasks are still real records with their own screens, so you can always open and edit them yourself. The assistant is a second way to work with the same data, not a replacement for it. For a longer explanation, see What is an AI CRM?

Who Cortox is for

Cortox is built for small and mid-size businesses that want organized customers, trackable proposals and follow-ups that do not fall through the cracks, without the overhead of learning a complex enterprise system or hiring someone to administer it.
